Beauty's best friend

Everyone wants that flawless base to their makeup and after so long its now so much easier but there is so many different ways to achieve it!
My favourite tool at the moment is the Real Techniques spin on the 'beauty blender.
It is such a flawless way to blend out your foundation/concealer or any cream products I guess! It leaves such a radiant finish but still looks natural.
I have been using this mostly for my concealer to erase any harsh lines, as it has a smaller pointed end that fits nicely around your nose and under your eyes but it also has a flat edge for wider surfaces.
At 1/3 of the price of the beauty blender it comes very high up there, quality wise.. maybe even better, but its definitely worth it for under a tenner!
What do you use to apply foundation/concealer?

Foundation for a fiver

I have experimented with numerous foundations trying to find a good high street foundation that does the job, I found a few that I liked, but one that definitely surprised me.

The MUA undress your skin illuminating foundation. For only £5 it does a very good job. I slightly disagree with the illuminating bit, it has more of a matte finishing on my skin, i guess it depends what type of sin type you have, but
It is a winner for those who like a high coverage foundation as it has a thick consistency and surprisingly it lasts a while and that was without powder.

This would be a good purchase for someone that like experimenting with products or someone who likes a fuller coverage but doesn't want to be paying Laura Mercier prices.

5 fave A/W polishes

As winter is creeping up on us, everything is getting darker including our nail colours.
So I thought I would share my five favourite at the moment.

I have had this one for a while but it is one of my favourite colours.
 Barry m - berry cosmo.

A lovely dark teal blue colour by Color Club - Glossy seal.

Three I have recently picked up but love. Maybelline Color Show.
A classic white for a all black or monochrome outfit - Winter baby.

Everyone needs a black nail varnish try - black to basics.

Last but not least my favourite, autumn turquoise colour - Urban turquoise.

I am now a very big fan of the Color show nail varnishes.

A new favourite // Garnier eye makeup remover

So I purchased the new Garnier Express 2 in 1 eye make up remover and so far I can safely say this is my new favourite eye makeup remover! Yes I said it.

I have finally found a product that successfully removes eye makeup without tearing lashes out.  It is such a gentle product, that doesn't feel heavy or oily at all.

It is also safe to say I ended up with this in my eye at two points, me being clumsy and it DOESN'T sting yay!

I would definitely recommend go try it out if you're looking for a new eye makeup remover product.
Plus it is so affordable, I picked it up for about £2.30 on sale from superdrug (I think It was half price).

The dogtooth

So this year the dog tooth print has been one of the most popular monochrome prints this year, but now we have rolled in to autumn/winter I think this print is very appropriate for these seasons!

Any one can pull it off, whether its as small as a dog-tooth purse or as big as a dog-tooth coat, you will find it in pretty much every shop at the moment. You just need to find your way of doing it!

I have been loving these dog-tooth stick on nails from Wilkinsons, just a simple way of incorporating these into your look. Also these lovely flats I have just purchased with the same print. I bought them of the app 'Vinted' but they were originally from Matalan.
